KAM Digital (IT Product)
- Analyse customer requirements, leverage product expertise and share implementation best practices;
- Ensure the customers’ expectations and business processes are clear and technically feasible within our solution;
- Own a variety of customer implementation activities, including onboarding and product training;
- Embrace opportunities to promote and develop additional business opportunities through upselling and/or expanding solutions with customers.
- Establish a trusted relationship with each customer;
- Take ownership of assigned accounts, being proactive and responsible for ensuring implementation quality and client satisfaction in general;
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time and within scope;
- Provide after sales service according to SLA;
- Proactively identify changes we can make to our solutions to make our customers' jobs easier;
- Provide product training to sales team.
Professional Experience and Education:
- Background in Information Technology or in Economics;
- Additional education in economics/ IT are advantageous;
- Experience managing software implementation projects or similar project/account management experience;
- Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software and web technologies;
- Language skills: local language plus English (mandatory).
