- Lead/Pipeline management: generating, calling, filtering, grading, and distributing of leads
- Fulfillment of the Individual sales plan *Business Development: participation in conferences, events, organization of corporate events, development of new business segments
- Close cooperation with Architectures & Designers community (meetings, presentations, trainings)
- Relationship building with key clients / distributors in the segment, which have activities across the country
- Specifications and offers preparation
- Work with CRM.
Требования к опыту:
- University degree
- Min. 3 years of experience in position of Project Manager (preferably in multinational companies)
- Strong knowledge how to sell branded products, technical equipment (e.g. elevators, windows) or construction materials (e.g. isolation material) to hotel projects, office buidlings, airports, hospitals etc.
- Good presentation and sales skills *Good commercial and negotiation skills
- Analytical skills to manage the CRM programme and project pipeline
- Team player *Self motivated, dynamic driver, willing to do hands-on job and travel 30-50% of working time
- Good contacts to Key decision makers - Developers, Construction companies, Investors, A&D
- Good Russian, English, Uzbek.
