- Support Head of HR in yearly budget preparation for all personnel related costs;
- Lead life insurance, medical insurance, and oncology insurance programs on constant basis. Lead yearly tender activities and ensure ongoing process related to employees insurance programs;
- Participate in remuneration related policies design and implementation (Bonuses policy, Appreciation policy, Performance management policy);
- Participate in design of incentive programs (yearly, half-year, quarterly and other) for employees. Manage calculations of the incentive results (bonuses);
- Participate in Job descriptions design, Jobs evaluation;
- Participate in Grading structure development; Manage yearly Salary surveys;
- Manage yearly employees survey;
- Participate in HR related projects.
- Higher education;
- From 2 years of experience in C&B preferably in international business;
- Advanced user of MS Excel.
