Business Development Manager (Direct clients)

Key Job Responsibilities: 

Commercial and Business Planning Process 

• Proactively seek and develop business opportunities targeted on customer growth 

• Evaluating performance drivers by Customer format vs company sales and share of market targets 

• Identify the opportunities and developing commercial by category plans by customer which grow total category and Colgate sales

 • In-depth understanding of external and internal 5P environment in customer

 • Getting external to Customer – participate in meetings, proactively seeks opportunities for cooperation and support 5P Definition and Deployment 

• Development and management of Customer 5P Blueprint based on Retail Marketing 5P principles and considering customer strategies and policies & customer-specific shopper insights 

• Assortment effectiveness management within company strategy 

• Ensuring pre- and post-evaluation of ALL activities along with Finance (results vs. objective, implementation accuracy, P&L impact etc) 

• 5P customized plan development for key launches Requirements to the candidate: 

• University degree 

• Experience in retail marketing/business development not less than 3 years
