Sales Director (Tenders)

Our client is a corporation that manufactures heating systems and related products.


Responsibilities:

  • sales development of Gas Equipment in Tenders in Russia;
  • cooperation and development of GRO in Russia;
  • sales development of HEA category in Russian Federation; 
  • sales volume is more than 8,2 m Euro; 
  • management of the team of 2 direct reports (HEA Project managers) and cooperation with all Rusian Regional team; 
  • collaboration with all other department of the company in order to launch and manage new federal Project in line with HEA category development;
  • prepare deep analysis of the market and competitors' activities, plus regular reports preporation


Requirements:

  • higher technical education;
  • a positive experience in object sales ( preferably in heating equipment market);
  • availability of contacts with TOP management  in large building and project organizations is preferable;
  • English - Intermediate level;
  • high comunicative skills;
  • ability to conduct high-level negitiations  with commercial and governmental organizations
