Outplacement programs are necessary if the company experiences organizational changes such as: restructuring – the closure of factories, branches, units; optimization of organizational structure and staff reduction; transfer of production or trading platform to another region and so on.

We implement both mass outplacement programs (over 400 people), and individual programs. We work with different categories of staff: from labor workers to top managers. We do not guarantee employment to outplacement programs participants, but 76.5% of participants find a new job.
