Employer brand audit
To understand the value of your company to potential and real employees, we need to make an objective picture of its position in the market. To do this, we perform audits in several areas:

Building an EVP (Employee value proposition)
To develop the value proposition of the employer brand, we do the research of internal and external target audience – we identify important insights, drivers and barriers, create a champion brand portrait of each segment of target audience. Then we check the EVP attributes by segment and adapt them. When EVP is ready we update or develop a creative concept of the employer brand and prepare guidelines: “What to do with EVP” (EVP guidebook). After that, we come up with activations to implement EVP in the company and in external communications.
Communication strategy development
EVP is a set of elements of the employer’s brand, its theoretical basis. To move on to practice, you need to create a communication strategy and run promotional activity through different channels in accordance with it.
Firstly, we define the position of the brand and decide how we want to adjust it. Next, we build a system of communication channels, recommend effective channels for interaction with target audience. After determining the mix of channels, we develop a media strategy – formulate principles according to which we will interact with media, form a strategy of promotion, select platforms, determine the volume and frequency of publishing of materials and then begin to implement the ideas.
Creative concept development
Let’s assume you need to increase the recognition of your brand among your target audience, hire 30 people at the same time, build a value promotion system inside the company or increase employee engagement.
