Yulia Shylkevych

Head of Regional Recruitment Department

In 2003 Yulia graduated from the Lviv Commercial Academy with a degree in management. In 2003-2007 she had been working as a consultant in search and selection in a recruiting agency.

In 2007 Yulia joined ANCOR team, successfully launched the Lviv branch, and organised its work in Western Ukraine. Since 2017, she is holding the position of the Head of the Regional Recruitment Department and is responsible for the provision of recruiting and consulting services in Western, Southern and Eastern Ukraine, coordinating work of ANCOR offices in Lviv, Odesa and Dnipro.
