In 2006 Natalia graduated from the Ukrainian Linguistics and Management University, majoring in Applied Linguistics, having obtained qualification of Translator, and Lecturer.

Her Recruitment experience is over 14 years. In November 2006, Natalia joined ANCOR team as a Junior Industry Specialist. For more than 5 years she headed the Department of Industry / Logistics / Automotive. In March 2014, she moved to the position of Head of the Recruitment Department in Kyiv. For the 9th year in a row, she leads the recruitment team in the Central region, which includes 20+ professional recruiters, and 5 areas: Industry, In-House, Hi-Tech, FMCG / Retail, Pharm.
